Is there anything I can substitute for the celeraic as I don't remember seeing one in our grocery store?  The soup recipe looks delicious.

You could substitute Celery Kathy
but I would reduce the celery weight and increase the turnip weight a bit.

Hey Kathy I used celery and turnip instead of the celariac because the shop didn't have any, it was lovely. I think celariac will be back in season soon do will have to try the original version (no turnip / no celery)
