Trying to find ways of getting more fibre into my diet, without bread. I tried a new breakfast today, tasted lovely and i even got that hint of breakfast cereal, porridge with it.
100g Greek yoghurt
1 dsp milled flaxseed
1tsp ground cinnamon
and half an apple chopped up, then all mixed up together.
well i have to say it wad so tasty.
ive worked it out to be:
obviously you could use low fat Greek yoghurt, and berries instead of apple.
