I have been making big cheese crisps for the last few weeks. I was in Aldi a couple of months ago and saw a new sliced cheese called Maasdam. I have since noticed it in other supermarkets as well
It's great for grilling, use a low grill until a few golden brown bits appear on top then leave to cool for a couple of minutes to get a lovely crunchy/chewy consistency.
I'll try some onion powder on a couple tonight.
