i was diagnosed in may 2014 HBA1c was 13.4

aug-8.9
nov is 7.7
i am planning to try after feb 2015

before that i have to reduce Hba1c to below 6 that is normal

only in 4 months can i reduce Hba1c to below 6 ?
You have obviously reduced your Hba1c very well to reach 7.7 from 13.4 in just 7 months.  However, from now on it will become more difficult.  It's not impossible, but it is extremely difficult for any T1 to reach an Hba1c under 6.  It does need a more flexible insulin regime than Novomix30.  I have just got my own Hba1c under 6 but I am on an insulin pump.  Himtoo has his Hba1c under 6, but he is on multiple daily injections ie. a basal that he injects once or twice a day and rapid acting insulin which he injects before each meal.  Even so, he needs extra injections sometimes to correct high BGs.  This cannot be done on Novomix30 and I think your general doctor doesn't realise.  I really do think you should be seeing an endocrinologist, not only to get your Hba1c down to conceive, but because for hormonal reasons when you are pregnant you need to be able to correct and alter doses on a daily basis and you cannot do that with Novomix.

Having said this, there are some ways that can help.  One is around keeping the carbohydrate you eat fairly low and consistent.  You should have a meter and test strips and you can test before meals and at the one and two hour mark after the meal.  If the bloods are too high then, you should perhaps only have a smaller portion of the carbohydrate element of the meal next time.  Carbs are in all wheat items, rice, pasta, potato, cake etc.  This will help keep levels steadier.

Do not lose faith though.   On the forum we have had many ladies who have become pregnant with Hba1cs higher than 6 and their pregnancies have been fine, because as soon as they realised they were pregnant they were able to have tight control.

Ok Vinutha -- having the glucose meter is really good

the best way to learn about how  your body reacts to food is to test as follows

test 1 -- first thing in the morning when you get up ( this is called fasting blood sugar )
eat your breakfast
test 2  -- one hour after your breakfast
test 3  -- 2 hours after your breakfast

test 4 -- just before you eat your lunch
test 5 -- 1 hour after lunch
test 6 -- 2 hours after lunch

test 7 -- just before evening meal
test 8 -- 1 hour after evening meal
test 9 -- 2 hours after evening meal

test 10 -- just as you go to bed

it is important to do this for a few days to see the patterns of your blood sugar.
as you make adjustments to your diet to try and reduce carbohydrate it is also important to test to see what your meter is telling you.

By doing this you can start to lower your average readings over time which should bring down your HbA1c.  :)

You have not quite given enough information to answer this question.

1 -- your fasting is below 100 in the morning but after 2 hours with only water and exercise it is 130
2 - have you taken any insulin ?
3 - if no to taking insulin your blood sugar will naturally rise
4 - if yes to insulin sometimes the blood sugar will still rise before it starts to fall

i think patience is important -- you have done so well already but you won't lower your HbA1c in just a few days

I concur with all of Paul's questions and information!

Blood sugar also naturally rises for almost everyone if you don't eat soon after waking.

Personally, I don't eat breakfast either, but I have rapid-acting (not mixed) insulin I can take to help keep this rise down if I choose not to eat. On mixed insulin, like everything else, it's more complicated to adjust the insulin, so it's easier to adjust the food. Which would mean eating breakfast within an hour of waking, maximum. Ideally a low-carbohydrate breakfast, because too many carbohydrates at breakfast can also raise your blood sugar, especially on mixed insulin that can't be adjusted from one meal to the next.

Do you eat breakfast later in the morning, or skip it entirely? What happens to your blood sugars after two hours - during the rest of the morning and at midday?

I agree with the others that most people will see BGs rise in the mornings.

Do you take your Novomix 30 right before you eat breakfast?  That would be usual.  If you don't eat for two hours after taking your fasting blood sugar then it is quite possible that the dose of Novomix you took before your evening meal the night before has run out and you have no acting insulin for a couple of hours until you take another injection before breakfast.

As both Nytquill and Paul have suggested.  Try to inject and eat soon after rising.
