Hi everyone, I'm hoping someone can explain the carbs to me? I bought a bag of coconut flour in Costco £5.49 for 1.8kg as I'd read it was low carb & wanted to supplement the ground almonds (30%) in my muffins etc but I don't understand the label. I get that it's American & you have to take off the fibre but that still leaves 93.1g per 100g. Photo of label below (hopefully). It also says 'It's high in fibre with 32% of your daily value per serving while still low in digestible carbs'
