Omit the bread, add more veggies and try this one out!  Brill idea!

Type 1.  Mis-diagnosed T2 May 2003, finally had CPeptide test 15/7/11 and proper diagnosis 1/9/11.  Now pumping Apidra with Roche Spirit Combo pump. Hba1c 6.1 April 2016.

I like the idea. I think I'd need to prep a few days worth of veg to really make it work. I'd also need to have it most days to have greens in it. I'm bad for buying spinach or the like using it once and then it melting in to slime the next time I look at it.

We're all guilty of that Liam!  I bought Kale to have with Sunday dinner today... cos of leftovers from other days we did those and forgot the kale...must remember it tomorrow!

My grandson is 14 and he makes his own breakfast by just using the eggs and cheese.  I've made this using eggs, cheese, spinach and onions.  With Summer coming along soon, it would be tasty to pick a few fresh tomatoes to go with the eggs :)
