Do you remember Clare's husband making her strawberry omelettes when she was expecting their first baby?  Blow sticking cottage cheese in em.

He must nearly be at senior school - and I still haven't tried em! - strawberries don't last in this house overnight LOL

Despite J not being a fussy eater he's convinced that strawberries give him a rash, so I buy them rarely, sticking to the times they are at their best in season, rather than the horrible unripe things you get from Spain and Egypt in winter.  I've not done the omelette either, but it's firmly on my list of "things to cook one day"!!!

I don't think I'd fancy it cold, else I could bring one to share in July !

Mind you, if I 'set' it, that could work? - a la frittata, tortilla espanol?  Plain omelette, folded over?  I think I fancy that.  Cos anyway, if it was 'loose', the heat could start to cook the strawbs -  dunno if that would be very nice really .....

I always imagined it was more along the lines of a souffle omelette (where you beat the egg whites to stiff peaks before combining with the egg yolks) - souffle omelettes used to be served fairly frequently as desserts but they seem to be out of fashion now.  I can't imagine strawberries in a set omelette like a frittata, but am up for new experiences.

Some good ideas. Not a big point but I would not have used the word "cereal" here; possibly faux-cereal but cereal always implies grains:

Make your own cereal.  I do this all of the time.  Put some or all of the following into a bowl: whole almonds, sliced almonds, chia seeds, sugar free dried cranberries, blueberries (any nuts or seeds you like will work), and add milk.  Cow’s milk has more carb than nut milks or coconut milk.  My favorite is almond milk.
Cheers, Alan, T2, Australia.
