Some nice low carbon ideas in the latest Asda magazine on pages 18 and 19 - the magazine can be viewed online HERE

Ramapril 10mg, Omeprazole 20mg
Exercise - am running on a fairly regular basis - knees don't fail me now :)  and Diet (am a lacto ova vegetarian and am trying to stay low GI/GL)     Still on the Road To Find Out

Most recipes are low carbon provided you don't burn them, no?  ;D  (sorry Ziggy not having a go I promise!)

My iPad wants me to download an app to see em.  Will have to look when I'm on the PC.

Type 1.  Mis-diagnosed T2 May 2003, finally had CPeptide test 15/7/11 and proper diagnosis 1/9/11.  Now pumping Apidra with Roche Spirit Combo pump. Hba1c 6.1 April 2016.

My iPad wants me to download an app to see em.  Will have to look when I'm on the PC.

It's a Flash based magazine so I would have thought the iPad could cope with it.

Just tried the link on an old iPad 2 and I can see the mag OK without any other apps.

iPAD Air has just had an update and is behaving altogether differently than it did before.  Seems to happen every time they have an update.  I can see the magazine quite easily on the PC.
