Lucy a new September thread sounds like a great idea! I am going to Yorkshire for a week's holiday, it was supposed to be a walking holiday but not sure how much walking I'll manage with my chest pains, I'll certainly give it a go. We go on the 9th so hopefully any naughty food I eat will be off set by the extra walking. I'll still try and be careful.

Some good suggestions for the boob gap, I wore a uniform for nearly 30 years that included a shirt so avoid them like the plague now.
I get weighed in the morning, hoping for any loss but I have given myself 2 weeks to lose 2 1/2 lb to make the stone fingers crossed for most of that tomorrow.
