Hi Brian

Thanks for the reciprocal link and welcome to the forum.  I'm sure the others will be along soon with their own welcomes.  Look forward to future co-operation.

Hi Brian

Good for you, trying to help others as well as broaden your own knowledge - that is precisely why we got together in the first place when the internet was full of adverts to buy cinnamon to cure T2 and it was hard work finding anywhere that actually a) understood and b) tried to help!

By the way - if you happen to notice any gaps either on the website or in the forum that could do with filling - please say so - and if anyone ever does or volunteers to try and fill the gap - we're always grateful.
Jenny

G'day Brian and welcome to the forum from another blogger. I see yours is a bit like mine, in the sense that it is an educational archive rather than a daily log.

I read your carbs post; we will have to agree to disagree. We come from different directions as I'm a diet-controlled type 2 and cannot dose insulin to manage carb overloads.
Cheers, Alan, T2, Australia.
