I'm going to email them to see if I can get nutritional info as OH has to eat a ridiculously low fat diet, maybe a trip to Chichester will be on the cards  :)

Oh oh oh... I am salivating!  I could easily order over £30 of those, but the £11.50 delivery charge is a bit steep indeed!  Nor do we have much room in the freezer right now either!

Looks like the entire family enjoy their own sausages LOL!

The sausages look good but what are the carb values of them?  The natural ingredients that they have in them could include rusk or bread.

I cook my sausages in a halogen oven.  I have much better control over them and don't have so much of a mess to clear up afterwards as the fat remains in the glass bowl and is easier to clean than a grill pan or hob.

The ingredients of each sausage are listed and they say they don't use rusk or bread, a couple of the more exotic ones have some rice but I would imagine small amounts. I emailed them re nutritional info and am waiting a reply.

FWIW we bought some more of the Christmas Market sausages, which went into the freezer and we had them last night.  This lot were awful, the did split in the oven and the skins were as tough as old boots.  Not a bit like the first lot we had.  Wonder if they switched suppliers or something, cos the first lot were not like that at all!

Might explain how they lost their business in Greenwich or are they just making so much money they don't care about potential lost customers? Seems short sighted to me.

HA! Patti.  Ours weren't even frozen - cooked and eaten on the same day we bought the things.

Clearly not just me, then!
