I had a phase when I was 14-15 where I wanted to wear makeup a lot. The ladies at church would always ask me very kindly if I was wearing makeup today and tell me I looked nice...which in retrospect I think suggests I was wearing entirely too much!   But bless them for taking such pains to be kind and attentive instead!

Back to weight loss and Bimuno, I am now down to 14 stone 6 lbs.   I have only taken about 3 lots of powder in the past week as I have had a stomach ache and didn't know if it was connected to the Bimuno, but I will go back on it again today.   I can't see why it should affect me this way and given that my husband John has had an upset stomach, it could be a virus or something else.

Next target ............... 14 stone !!!

Diabetes Type2 diagnosed March 2014.  Treated by diet only.  HbA1c 60 on diagnosis, 52 in June 2014, 50 October 2014, 44 December 2014, 48 May 2015, 50 Sep 2015, 53 Jan 2016, 50 Oct 2016, 56 Feb 2017, 50 Jun 2017. 50 Aug 2017.  Pacemaker fitted 2008.

When I get old I don't want people thinking
"What a sweet little old lady"........
                             I want 'em saying
"Oh Crap! Whats she up to now ?"

So that's almost a stone you have lost Pauline?  And you say you haven't changed your diet at all?

That's right Patti, 13½ lbs overall weight loss.

I have changed from double cream to single in my coffee but I normally only have two cups of coffee per day.   John is also losing weight and he is not on a diet.  He is worried about his weight loss though, especially as his PSA is on the rise.  He has been working hard in the garden so that could be a contributory factor.  He has also cut down on desserts and has a mini Magnum instead of a large bowl of ice cream.  He definitely does not eat so many carbs this hot weather.

Oh my dear... what a worry with John's weight loss, but I am sure you are right, hard work in the garden and tthe heat.

So tired now, we are working so hard over at the new house and I am trying to put a full dinner in the table T a reasonable hour in the evening for 3 of us at our friend's home where we are staying until the furniture can be delivered next Thurs.
