Disappointing that the weight loss has slowed, but chin up, hopefully it will restart soon.

14 st 11.2 lbs this morning.  It's slow but then I haven't changed my diet, just added the prebiotic supplement.  My total weight loss so far is 8lbs.

I buy mine direct from Bimuno as it seems to be the cheapest:

Good luck with it Patti; I hope it works for you too.

My weight this morning was 14st 7.8lbs.   That is almost a 12lb loss.  ;D

There is a downside to the Bimuno powders and that is the back firing it produces.  It usually starts about 8 hours after taking it.  I have to remember not to take any if we are to have company that day.  Lol.

OMG!  I thought it might cure that problem rather than making it worse!

Congratulations on the weight loss though!

That is a shame. They normally taut these as having a balancing effect on the gut and so like Patti I'd have thought it would help rather than cause.

It is worth putting up with though until I have lost a substantial amount of weight.

I already feel like a new woman, but some of that is due to my 12 year old grand-daughter teaching me how to do my makeup.  "Where is your concealer Nanny?" she asked. "I don't have any" I replied.  "Well, you can borrow mine then" she said.  She showed me how to use it and where to put it.

I was never allowed to wear make up until I was 15 and then it was just a little bit of lipstick.  It amazes me just how grown up 12 year old children are today.  Perhaps I am old fashioned but it scares me when I see her with makeup and wearing a very adult black dress that makes her look older than she is.

I notice that too... our niece was being entered into beauty contests from age 3.  We thought it grotesque though it seems par for the course in the USA where they live.  She has, however, grown into a very well balanced 30something.

We haven't allowed make up until they're well into their teens. They were always against "the orange brigade", and I think for children it's unnecessary. My husband says that a woman in too much make up doesn't actually look like a woman.

I was in love with my white eyeliner pencil - goes inside the lower lashes and instantly widens they eye so when you have piggy little ones like me it helped LOL

I have so few eyelashes now, I don't even bother with mascara let alone any other 'slap' !
