Presumably we all (well, nearly all!) agree what what Dr Briffa says.

But can someone tell me who he is?  I've never heard of him before. 
The closest I can do is the waste management company...

His surname is a bit unusual, I think his family are from Malta.

He looks a tad swarthy, doesn't he? - wonder if he still has that hair?  LOL

But he is somewhat more youthful than I ever imagined.  If he was 23-ish when he got that first degree, he'd have been born around 1964, so he's knocking 50 now, but I imagined him as retired with lots of time spare, to make all the comments he makes.
