Made these today, yummy, sorry to whoever originally wrote the recipe but I can't find the site to quote. Doh!!Low Carb Parmesan Crackers.
225g Ground Almonds
150g Grated Parmesan
½tsp Garlic flakes/powder
3-4 tbsp Water
Mix all the dry ingredients together & add water till you have a usable dough.
Roll out between sheets of greaseproof paper till 1/8" thick.
Cut into squares & bake on a sheet for 25 mins @ 180ºc
Keep an eye on them as they burn easy.
1.4g carb per cracker
(I made a ½ qty as it looked like quite a lot, it made 16 crackers & in my oven they only took 14 mins).
