GREEK DILL AND FETA DIP
Goes Perfectly with Sliced Cucumbers
Recipe from “The Complete Low-Carb Cookbook” 2014

Prep Time 10 min / Cook Time 0 min / Serves 8
16 ounces plain Greek yogurt (we use Fage brand)
4 ounces crumbled feta cheese
2 tablespoons chopped fresh dill
1 tablespoon minced red onion
2 teaspoons minced garlic
¼ teaspoon black pepper
¼ teaspoon salt
Sliced cucumbers, for dipping
1. Add all of the ingredients, except the sliced cucumbers, to a mixing or serving bowl and fold together.
2. Chill for at least 1 hour before serving to let the flavors combine. Stir before serving alongside sliced cucumbers, for dipping.
Be sure to purchase “plain” Greek yogurt and not “vanilla” yogurt, or you’ll find yourself making the strangest dessert anyone has ever had.
