I did glance briefly at the posts, but didn't download the recipes until now. I've had very limited time on the computer since about last Thursday as we've been out and about quite a lot. I did however mark the thread unread so I could get back to it later, which I did today. Thanks for posting the recipes Lucy. I see most are carb counted, but a quick question - how many do they serve? For example the beef recipe at 62g carb total would be OK if it were for 4 (or at a stretch for 2) but not if it were for 1 serving.
I went through a period of cooking a lot of Chinese stuff, then it was Thai and sometimes Indian. Recently I've been cooking more English stuff cos it's comforting in cold weather, but come the summer it's nice to eat something lighter.
