I am stuck too. I lost a stone in 5 months but have stayed at the same weight for a few weeks now. I must admit to being tempted with a little dark chocolate at times and have also had some ice cream. Apart from those two things, I have been eating very low carb and have avoided root vegetables, rice, pasta, bread and flour products.
I know that the little treats I have are because everything is out of sync at the moment as John is unwell and has been in and out of hospital. Also, with Christmas around the corner, I feel I need some nice things. It's very hard too because our son has been doing all the cooking whilst John and I have been decorating and we have been eating very late.
At least I know what my new year resolution will be! ....... the same as it is every year, ie. to lose weight!
