I hate the products that give you carbs/100g and leave the mental arithmetic to you, e.g. there are 34gm/100gm but the packs are 73gm and 147gm! Must be nightmare for those who don't do arithmetic (like my other half)!
I did get some Hot-X buns and noticed the cheaper ones has less carbs (i.e. less dried fruit).
To be honest I prefer that. It is simply a percentage. I find it much more useful than carbs per serve because so often the serve size used is very different to normal serve sizes consumed.
In any case I use the label as only a guide for the first time. My peak post-meal test is the guide after that.
