The great cholestrol con
« on: 01 July 2018, 10:54:33 PM »
Dr Malcolm Kendrick.
Sums up exactly everything I've been reading about on the web regarding cholestrol.
I wouldn't say it's an easy book to read, but the overall conclusion is that stress causes heart disease.

It's all related to damage to the arteries  endolethium. Damage is caused by the following

High sugar levels
High insulin
Mental stress
High adrenaline.

Apart from the cocaine, the other suspects are fairly common.

The book is worth a read.

T2 since 2002.
metformin 2000mg. humalin I and humalog
Xpert graduate & Xpert Insulin Graduate. (for what it's worth)

I think he’s done the book over 50odd blogs that I have read.  As you say, not an easy read, but very interesting.

Type 1.  Mis-diagnosed T2 May 2003, finally had CPeptide test 15/7/11 and proper diagnosis 1/9/11.  Now pumping Apidra with Roche Spirit Combo pump. Hba1c 6.1 Sept 2017.  45 (6.3) April 2018.
