Well written and backed up with clear reasonings. I did smirk a bit by the fibre is the reason for basically all of the advice.
I also liked that the author was just like a normal person and manages carbs rather than totally avoid them.
I've never managed a very low carb diet myself. I've cut carbs a lot and added more days and proteins. Mostly because of this forums advice.
I do have to be careful of carb creep at times. Mostly around times when laziness kicks in 😂
